This is the service (Night Patrol & Alarm Investigation), which sends a patrol vehicle in the shortest possible time, to each alarm signal, which will be received by a system connected to the Alarm Receiving & Processing Center of Planet Security, daily around the clock, for 365 days a year . Patrol cars are fully equipped and manned by uniformed security personnel and guided by Planet Security's Alarm Receiving Center, via UHF, which are given all the necessary details to make a complete and rapid check on the activated system.
A patrol car and a security consultant of our company, visit during the day the area in which the alarm system is installed, recording all the relevant details by making a plan of the guarded area, so that when we are called to intervene we can act on behalf of the owner himself.
